The spear looks pretty dull. The metal texture on the head isn't very convincing at all.
Is that small thing in the concept art an axe? It's so tiny I thought it was a focus item.
Maybe if there's a bonus green at the end of prophs it's at the REAL end; after beating the titan quests.

The Draconic Scythe (GREEN) seems to respond to light for some reason, which IMO is a nice effect. The blue-black color is away from the light. Is this the same for the gold version?

That's because they're probably also in The Deep and Urgoz's Warren like all the other end-game factions greens. Plus there weren't any para/derv greens.

Paragons/dervs need a little factions love too, and all the end game greens there were DaWC winners anyway. It was the perfect place to add them.

The only part that is confusing about that is that it is the scythe and spear that is added...now for balancing the games, prophecies needs to have an end-game area with greens of all 10 professions! *and don't forget challenge missions in prophecies!*

Maybe so Dervishes and Paragons will have something to look forward to after beating Shiro aside from a statue at HOM?
Personally it's given me added impetus to finish Factions on my paragon and dervish -- they have no main-profession elites to cap there, and until now they had no profession-specific greens to exchange the Amulet of Mists with.
EDIT: whoops, lots answered before I did.
Looking forward to some Prophecies love too!

Do you mean "Elite Missions"? because they have that, Sorrow's Furnace. And if you mean Challenge missions... well... Factions sorta doesn't have that either.

I mean Challenge missions, and factions has 5. 1 in Kaineng City, 2 in the Kurzick area, 2 in the Luxon area.
Dragon's Throat, Amatz Basin, Altrumm Ruins, Zos Shivros Channel, and The Aurios Mines.
Also, Tombs is also an Elite Area for prophecies.
